Creating a Roster
Problems:
- Availabiltiy

To improve:
- A survey asking all the people involved when they are available or/and when they are not

For everyone to see the roster:

- create a spreadsheet on excel and put that online, and modify it so that everyone involved can edit it

It is an improvement out of the other one, because they can put their name down by their self according to the times that they are available

This is a simple information system
